Who provides SongRip
SongRip is a music software product provided by Joseph Amici, an individual based in Florida, United States. References to “we” and “us” mean Joseph Amici. Contact: support@songrip.com.
Current availability
SongRip is an early Windows desktop release. The free demo permits three successfully completed songs, up to 60 seconds each. Failed generations do not use a demo song, and completed songs remain accessible after the demo limit.
Pro edition and payment
SongRip Pro costs $14.99 USD as a one-time purchase, with no recurring subscription. Pro unlocks unlimited local generations and songs up to four minutes. Stripe processes checkout and displays the final total, including any applicable taxes, before payment.
License delivery
After Stripe verifies a successful payment, SongRip creates a signed Pro license for the purchase and offers it for download on the checkout confirmation page. Keep the license file and Stripe receipt. A valid license may be imported in SongRip 0.2.8 or later. If automatic delivery fails, contact support with the purchase email and Stripe receipt; never send full card details.
Using the software
You may use the demo within its stated limits and use Pro with a valid license. Do not resell or publicly distribute a license, bypass edition limits, or use the software unlawfully. Third-party engines, models, and libraries remain subject to their own licenses; these terms do not replace those licenses or restrict rights they grant.
Your computer and files
SongRip requires a supported 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 PC and an NVIDIA GPU with at least 8 GB of VRAM. Setup requires internet access and several GB of downloads. Performance depends on your hardware and settings. Keep backups of songs, licenses, and other files that matter to you.
Lyrics, audio, and permissions
Use only inputs you have the right to use. You remain responsible for reviewing output before publishing or distributing it, including any applicable third-party model terms. We do not claim ownership of your original lyrics or inputs. AI output may be imperfect or similar to existing work; SongRip does not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection, clearance of third-party rights, or commercial suitability.
External services
The optional ChatGPT lyrics helper opens ChatGPT in your browser. You choose what to paste there and back into SongRip. ChatGPT access is separate and governed by its own terms. A SongRip purchase does not include a ChatGPT subscription or paid API usage.
Support, refunds, and consumer rights
For setup or product help, email support@songrip.com. See the Refund Policy for purchase support. Nothing here excludes warranties, refunds, or other consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes
We may update these pages as the product develops and will show a new revision date. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights already acquired with a purchase.
